HINOAK KOREAN CHARCOAL BBQ — TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting a reservation request with Hinoak Korean Charcoal BBQ (“Hinoak”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. A booking request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation — final confirmation will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS once the request is approved.

1. Reservation Cancellation Policy

1.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reserved time incur no fee.
1.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $10 per person booked.

2. Reservation Amendments

2.1. Any changes to guest numbers, time or date should be made at least 24 hours before the reserved time and are subject to availability.

3. No-Show Policy

3.1. Failure to arrive without prior cancellation or notification may be deemed a “no-show”.
3.2. No-shows may incur a fee of $35 per person booked.

4. Arrival Time

4.1. Please arrive on time for your reservation.
4.2. If you are running late, please notify us. We may hold your table for a maximum of 10 minutes past the booked time. After this period the reservation may be released.

5. Group Reservations

5.1. For bookings of 8 or more guests, a separate policy may apply. Please contact us directly to arrange your reservation.

6. Premium Set Bonus

6.1. For bookings of our Premium Sets (Diamond, Ruby, Emerald) submitted at least 48 hours in advance, a 5% Premium Advance Booking Benefit is available for the selected set only.
6.2. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, and does not apply to drinks or other a-la-carte items.

7. Reservation Confirmation

7.1. A reservation request is not confirmed until Hinoak sends you an SMS confirming the date, time and guest numbers.
7.2. Availability may depend on demand, group size, and other factors beyond our control.

8. Allergy & Dietary Notice

8.1. Our kitchen handles wheat-containing products. Although we can prepare dishes without gluten-containing ingredients, this is not a gluten-free kitchen and cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee any item is completely gluten-free.
8.2. If you have coeliac disease or a severe food allergy, please inform us clearly in the “Notes” section when making your booking request.
8.3. We strive to accommodate dietary requirements, but guests accept the risk of shared preparation and cooking environments.

9. Restaurant Policies

9.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group at our discretion.
9.2. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
